What was the inspiration behind your Chirply design?
I had just made some Christmas cards that I was quite fond of, and decided to try something a bit different - a Valentines card. I was initially creating it for my partner, but it ended up not really being his style, so I decided to offer it up to other people who may be able to make better use of it.
Considering the amount of time many of us spend on the computer, or the amount of time we spend starring at others on their computers at cafes and offices, it makes sense that seeing the glowing apple of the MacBook computers so much would eventually turn on a glowing lightbulb inside our heads and we would come up with some really clever ideas of how to incorporate that apple into visual jokes and decoration. As you can see from the contents of this post many people have come up with such great jokes. While many of these have been on the market for a while there are some new options out there sure to get a few laughs and make your Apple stick out from the rest of the busshel. Christoph Neimann Live-draws the 2011 NYC Marathon
We’re not sure at what point simply completing a 26.2 mile marathon became too easy for everyone, but it seems every year more and more people find some way of making things much more difficult on themselves by doing something ridiculous. This of course makes it a lot more fun for us the spectators, and does make it that much more impressive, or crazy. After last weekend’s New York City Marathon it seems that this year may have been the craziest in history.
